Letter of Agreement

This agreement specifies the terms of your relationship with Picture the Past Productions.
Picture the Past Productions is a series of historical documentaries that airs on Charter Communications Channel 2, Public Access TV: Tuesday, 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, 2 to 3 p.m., Thursday, 8 to 9 a.m.

Support of this program entitles sponsors to cost-effectively reach their audience, morning, afternoon, and "prime time."
As a sponsor, you will receive the following: One 10-second advertisement at the beginning of each broadcast and one 10-second advertisement at the end of each broadcast. Total 20 seconds per broadcast x 12 broadcasts per month = 240 seconds per month.

Sponsorship Fee: $150 per month (only $12.50 per broadcast)

By signing this Letter of Agreement, you agree to pay Picture the Past Productions on the following terms: Due upon signing: $150
Sponsorship begins the first program of the month. You will be invoiced on the first day of each month you sponsor. Payment can be made by check or cash and is due within 15 days. Payment is non-refundable.

Sponsorship may be cancelled by Picture the Past Productions at any time, and by sponsors upon written notice of a minimum of two weeks prior to the start of a program of the month. Thank you for your sponsorship. Picture the Past Productions joins you in looking forward to a successful relationship.
